Lean slightly forward, perhaps resting your weight on your elbows on your knees or the desk. Poke out your tounge and keep your mouth wide open. Push as far as possible getting a nice stretch. Push out a “Yeeaaaaah” sound from the back of your throat. Hold it for the maximum you can. Now take a nice breath in through your mouth and just notice how much clearer and easier your breathing in has become.
